Contrato de Trabalho - Innovation Manager

The Innovation Manager will be responsible for managing the Innovation area at Hovione. This position will involve a strong interaction with internal stakeholders in the capture of innovation ideas and scouting of IP opportunities, as well as managing a budget to support the development and implementation of the most promising ideas. The Innovation Manager is also expected to manage the interaction with external partners from academia, either within the scope of the Hovione Research Program, or by contracting services for specific R&D projects.

Habilitações: PhD

Experiência: at least 5 years of research experience in academia or industry after the PhD degree, demonstrated experience in the management of science and innovation, coordination of high profile research and development projects, supervision of PhD and MSc students, preparation of patent applications and strong track record of research and publication.
