The selected candidate will work in the aim of the project Neurophotonics “Lab”: Light tools for live neuronal and glial cells analysis and is expected to collaborate in the design and implementation of workflows for quantitative analysis of digital images of light and electron microscopy images of neuronal cells. This work will include the analysis and rendering of 3D images, as well as, to deal with relational databases of images.

Habilitações: Mestrado
Experiência: experience in biology of neuronal and glial cells, light and electron microscopy, and digital image analysis. Knowledge of ImageJ/Fiji Macro Programming, software IMARIS are also admission requirements. Skills in management of relational databases and of structural data, as well as in PHP and HTLM are also valuable.
