The positions will primarily be involved in the drug discovery (lead optimization, clinical candidate selection, preclinical/FDA-IND-enabling & clinical development) efforts of our first-inclass, best-in-class portfolio of small molecule New Chemical Entity [NCE] inhibitors against Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor [MIF], Retinoic Acid Receptor-Related Orphan Receptor [ROR] Gamma, Liver X Receptor [LXR], Farnesoid X Receptor [FXR].

Habilitações: PhD

Experiência: between 5-10 yr post-doctoral experience in an industry and/or academic laboratory setting, expertise in preclinical animal (murine and rat) in vivo Cancer (xenograft, syngeneic and orthotopic tumor models), significant experience in mammalian cell/tissue culture technique, flow cytometry/FACS, molecular biology & biochemical techniques.
